Information to the WCh Participants

- NB! Mushers dinner; Fee NOK 200. Please pay in advance and note with your name on the payment before March 14th.

- remember to bring some hand money for the parking fee, Nok 100 for the whole weekend (members of Hamar Trekkhundklubb who has paid the annual year fee, park for free this weekend).

- Motorhome/ camper/ cars can be parked at the parking lot on Hamar Sled Dog Arena until Wednesday 16th March 6 pm, and then be moved to designated places (according to your bib nr). If there are several mushers in same vehicle, one can decide which place to choose. After finnishing the WCh you can stay at the same place.

- You must pay a fee of NOK 100 pr night. 

- the trails will be closed for training 15th of March 12 am.

- Trail inspection for team leaders March 17th.

- For those mushers who have a car with camper etc, please tell us so we can mark two places for you. Please write a message with name on musher and leave it in our post box at the garage (on the arena) before Tuesday 15th 12 am or send an email to atlerr@online.no.

- The club cottage opens at 10 am Thursday 17th.

- You can use the shower facilities in the club cottage for a fee of NOK 20.

- Cold water outside the entrace of the club cottage. 

- We do not allow anyone to get hot water from inside the club cottage! 

- The trails are closed for training after the race on Sunday. 

- The trails opens for training Monday 21th.
